Privacy

Last updated: June 2026

Ai4Reentry is built to earn trust, not extract it. This page explains, in plain language, how information is handled. These commitments are built into how the platform works.

A person's information belongs to them

SoulutionsTech holds the platform and its data. The person a record describes holds control over their information: they can see who has access to it, correct it, take it with them, and request its deletion. Access by any third party happens only with the person's consent.

We never sell individual information

Individual information is never sold. The platform is built so that we never have to. Where the platform produces de-identified, aggregate insight that cannot be traced back to an individual, that insight may be used to improve services and outcomes.

Not a monitoring tool

Ai4Reentry is built to help a person move forward, not to watch them. It is not a surveillance or control instrument. There is no hidden channel to a government partner. Any access by a government partner happens only with the person's consent.

This page is a plain-language summary of current practice and will be expanded as the platform reaches public deployment. It is not a contract.
